Victor Oladipo is set to become a free agent after next season, and nobody really knows what will happen with his future.

The two-time NBA All-Star has been with the Indiana Pacers since 2017, and through 130 games with them, he's averaged 20.7 points per contest, along with 5.1 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2 steals.

Oladipo spent the season coming off major surgery on his right knee. He suffered the injury in January 2019 and appeared in just 13 games before the league went on hiatus in March.

Despite his good stats, the 28 year-old still couldn't get Indiana over the hump, and failed to win a playoff series with the team. This season, the Pacers got swept by the Miami Heat, which also happens to be the place Oladipo may end up at.

Nekias Duncan from Basketball News reported that there's a chance that 'Dipo' takes his talents to South Beach.

"Once you add in all of his connections to Miami -- he’s a part-owner of a gym there, he rehabbed there and he is pretty close with Heat legend Dwyane Wade -- it’s not hard to put two and two together and get four."

The Athletic's Sam Ammick also added that "rumblings have persisted that he (Oladipo) is not planning on sign an extension with Indiana."

Oladipo has one year and $21 million remaining on his contract after this season. He is eligible to sign a contract extension with the Pacers after the season. In the event he gets traded, he could extend his contract as part of a deal.
