The NBA Finals are locked at two games a piece, and Game 5 is tonight in Oakland at Oracle Arena. The Warriors demolished the Cavaliers by twenty-one points in Game 4, thanks to the Cavaliers shooting only 33% from the field. But, there might be another reason.

Recent reports have surfaced that some of the Cavs veteran players are upset over the fact that head coach David Blatt has not gone to his bench too often.

If you look at the Cavaliers bench (players that have yet to start a game in the Finals), here is what you will see minutes wise over the first four games of the Finals.

Kendrick Perkins: 3 Minutes
Brendan Haywood: 0 Minutes
Joe Harris: 3 Minutes
Shawn Marion: 0 Minutes
Mike Miller: 14 Minutes
James Jones: 68 Minutes
J.R. Smith: 132 Minutes

Besides J.R. Smith, the Cavaliers sixth man, and James Jones, there are slim minutes for the Cavaliers bench. Odds are the main players upset are Shawn Marion, Mike Miller, and Kendrick Perkins, but that is mere speculation. Now, how do those minutes compare to those of the starters?

Matthew Dellavedova: 123 Minutes (did not start Game 1)
Iman Shumpert: 141 Minutes
LeBron James: 183 Minutes
Tristan Thompson: 168 Minutes
Timofey Mozgov: 127 Minutes

And to put those minutes in comparison, there have been 202 minutes played so far in the first four games of the Finals. So, that means LeBron James has only had 19 minutes of rest.

When looking at the minutes of the starters compared to the minutes of the bench players, it is easy to see how Cleveland's bench players can be upset, given they barely see the court.

For Game 5, it might be best to give the bench players some good minutes, because some of the starters have been overworked. LeBron has played in 90.6% of the play time, and Thompson has played in 83.2% of the playtime, so a few extra minutes on the bench won't be terrible for them.

However, if Blatt continues to only work through the starters, it'll spell disaster for Cleveland. The role players will be unhappy, the starters will be exhausted, and the fans will ultimately become agitated.

We'll see tonight how Blatt addresses the issue and if his choice was the right choice as the Cavs are approaching a do-or-die situation.
