After trading their pick at number 20 to the New Orleans Saints, the Arizona Cardinals drafted Deone Bucannon. The Cardinals picked up a third round pick from the Saints in their trade.
Bucannon brings a toughness to the football field for the Arizona Cardinals who are all about it. Arizona was in need of a safety after Mathieu tore his ACL last season. Bucannon is a great tackler and defender at the safety position.
The Cardinals were in search of upgrading their secondary and they did just that with this draft pick. Bucannon will be a great addition to go along with Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu.
