Michael Beasley is in El Segundo where he has worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers, according to Dave McMenamin of ESPN Los Angeles.
Beasley has spent the entire summer in Los Angeles working on his game. He held workouts with his best friend Kevin Durant. He has been practicing extremely hard to improve his all-around play, with hopes that he can land a larger role with any team this upcoming season.
“[He] looked very good and he has been working out…A tiny rust from layoff but did a good job,” sources told McMenamin.
This is a positive sign for Beasley as he is drawing interest from several other unknown teams as well. Beasley’s maturity last season with the Miami Heat has made a good impression on many teams.
Michael Beasley, 25, may see a starting role with the Los Angeles Lakers, which could highly interest Beasley in joining the team.
