TNA has been down a rocky road over recent years and it seems to be going from bad to worse for Dixie Carter's company as she desperately tries to keep them afloat and on television. Running a successful wrestling company is an incredibly difficult thing to do, even WCW and ECW eventually went out of business and they were two of the most successful of all time.

Whilst there are any things an owner has to do that they might not like, paying their talent and production workers is something that is crucial to running any company, not just a wrestling company and it would appear that TNA hasn't learned their lessons and are once again behind on paying employees.

Growing debt

It is no secret that TNA is struggling right now, the company has shrunk vastly from the time when they were actually considered an alternative to the WWE with talent's such as AJ Styles and Samoa Joe to barely receiving views on Pop TV, but not paying your employees is something that is unacceptable.

Carter has had this issue before with complaints that people weren't getting paid on time and were owed money and now those issues have arisen again. Reports are now claiming that the company is once again behind on payments, this time to their production crews dating as far back as March and January for some.

Some within the company believe that TNA is being helped by Aroluxe Marketing who are loaning them money just to be able to continue taping shows, but the problem is without paying employees eventually there will be nobody o work at the shows or set them up.

Previous issues

WWE fans have recently been treated to the appearances of both Bobby Roode and Eric Young on NXT, two former TNA stars who left the company due to being owed up to six figure sums of money, both guys who had been loyal to the company and stuck by them through difficult periods. They are not the first former TNA stars to appear at Full Sail either.

In fact, there is a whole host of former TNA stars now working for WWE from Styles to Austin Aries and now that the WWE have proven they are happy to recruit wrestlers from the company more talent may be looking to switch over if the current issues in TNA are not resolved.

Wrestling fans want as many options as possible, and TNA succeeding is only a good thing for the industry in general, sadly it appears that their time in the limelight is going to a screeching halt with seemingly no other way of saving it, could we soon see TNA be bought?
