This past week’s episode of RAW took place in New Jersey and opened up with Seth Rollins gloating about his appearance on the Daily Show to confront Jon Stewart. Rollins announced that Stewart would be in the building later that night and that Rollins will have his own Daily Show with Stewart as his guest. Rollins was interrupted when Roman Reigns made his way to the ring so that he may have a front row seat to hearing the fans tell Rollins how much he sucks. Rollins started to fire back at Reigns and tell him how much Rollins doubts that Reigns will be successful at WrestleMania. Rollins started to taunt Reigns with his Money in the Bank contract to which Reigns responded with a punch to Rollins’ mouth. Reigns would then take out J&J security as Rollins retreated from the ring.

Bad News Barrett vs. Dean Ambrose

The first match of the night was between Bad News Barrett and Dean Ambrose. After a week of the Intercontinental Championship belt being a victim of a game of Hot Potato, Barrett was sure to keep a close eye on the belt before allowing another Superstar to run off with it. Sadly, despite how close Barrett kept the title towards him during the match, the IC belt would once again be stolen. First R-Truth would sneak his way towards the ring and snag the belt while Barrett wasn’t looking. Luke Harper would then appear out of nowhere and frighten Truth into handing the belt over. Luke Harper would casually walk away with the belt just as Barrett was setting up for a Bull Hammer. Barrett would get distracted by Harper walking away with his belt, allowing Dean Ambrose to throw down a Butterfly DDT (Not a Dirty Deeds!) and get the win.

Bray Wyatt sends another message to Undertaker

Bray Wyatt continues to send messages to the Undertaker. This past week Wyatt gave a sermon on the destructive powers of fire. Wyatt would then pour gasoline on a wooden casket and set it ablaze. Will Wyatt’s dares to the Dead man be answered?

Natalya, Tyson Kidd, and Cesaro vs. Naomi and The Usos

The next match of the night was a mix tag team match between the teams of Naomi and the Usos and Natalya and the reigning tag team champions. Everyone was involved in the match. Natalya would reinjure her already tweaked leg and tag her husband into the match. To avoid and oncoming double Super Kick, Kidd would tag his wife back into the match, forcing Jimmy and Jey to back off. Natalya would allow her disbelief of her husband’s actions to distract her. Naomi seized the opportunity for a roll up and got the pin fall for her team.

John Cena vs. Curtis Axel

Considering being shot done for a title match at WrestleMania, John Cena made his way to the ring to declare himself an entrant in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Stephanie McMahon would walk out and deny Cena the opportunity to fight in the Battle Royal. After all it is McMahon who has the final say in booking the matches. Stephanie informed Cena that if he wanted to fight at WrestleMania then he would have to convince Rusev to change his mind.

Cena then entered a match against Curtis Axel. Before the match started Cena warned the Hulk Hogan wannabe that if he didn’t leave the ring then he would certainly regret it. Axel didn’t listen to warnings and ended up tapping out to the STF within a matter of seconds. This was not enough to impress Rusev, as the reigning United States Champion still refused to allow Cena another shot at the title.

Triple H fires Booker T

It seems that Roman Reigns isn’t the only one who has doubters out there. As the time draws near for the showdown between Sting and Triple H at WrestleMania, Triple H is making it his mission to prove everyone wrong. Triple H will not let anyone disgrace him as he’s already pushed down the Nature Boy Ric Flair, this past week he fired Booker T.

While on commentary Booker T criticized Triple H wanting to fight Sting and stated his belief that it was because of Triple H that Sting didn’t join the WWE years before. Triple H would walk out to the ring and call out Booker T. To set an example of how much control Triple H has in the business, Booker T was fired on the spot. Before Booker T could leave the arena Triple H stopped him and informed the Hall of Famer that he wasn’t really fired, he was just proving the point that he was the boss and shouldn’t be crossed.

Paige vs. Nikki Bella

It looks like the WWE answered to their fans about giving Divas a chance but it’s still not enough. This past Monday the Divas Championship was put on the line in a singles match between Nikki Bella and Paige. The quality of the match was much better than the previous week, but Nikki Bella still walked out with the title. The Bellas would double team on Paige after the match with a beat down. Who of all people would come to the Anti-Diva’s aid? Despite their past, AJ Lee made her return and joined forces with Paige. The Bellas would retreat and leave Lee and Paige standing tall in the middle of the ring, Paige clearly unsure of what just happened. In a backstage interview with Renee Young AJ told Paige, “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Let’s just not put a label on it.

The Daily Show with Seth Rollins

Jon Stewart has finally arrived to Monday night Raw and appeared on The Daily Show with Seth Rollins. Despite having no one in his corner, Stewart wasn’t afraid to test Seth Rollins. Stewart even went as far as to question the legitimacy of Rollins’ Money in the Bank contract. “We all know who really deserves that.” But before Stewart could say who, Rollins started to approach the obviously nervous anchorman. With the help of a distraction from Randy Orton, Stewart hit Rollins with a low blow before running out of the ring.

Daniel Bryan vs. Luke Harper

Daniel Bryan seems to have gotten himself in the middle of a gang with a case of identity disorder. Bryan would fight against Luke Harper in a brutal match, which Bryan would win by getting Harper to submit to the Yes! Lock. What happened after the match is most peculiar as Bad News Barrett, Dean Ambrose, R-Truth entered the ring and fought Harper over the IC title belt. Daniel Bryan would have the best seat in the house to watch it all as he directed a Yes! chant from atop the announce table. A super kick would leave Dolph Ziggler standing tall with the Intercontinental Championship belt at the top of the ramp. Don’t forget, Barrett is still the IC champ.

Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns

The main event of the evening was a singles match between Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins with members of the Authority at ringside. It should really be said that it was Reigns vs. The Authority as each member tried to interfere. Rollins was certainly not on his A game for this match, especially after the verbal confrontation backstage and Randy Orton standing at ringside. Despite not being able to trust Orton, Rollins won the match thanks to Orton cheating for him. Stealing the win did not set well with the Big Dog as he leaped over the top rope and took out every member of the Authority. Reigns stood tall above them all, proving that he is ready for Lesnar.
