Paul Goldschmidt loves to face Tim Lincecum, his teammates are starting to jump on the bandwagon. The D-backs scored all four of their runs off Tim Lincecum en route to a 4-1 win over the San Francisco Giants Friday night.

The Giants had Josh Collmenter frustrated from the start of the game, forcing him to throw 31 pitches in the first inning and scoring a run in the process. Pablo Sandoval hit a RBI triple that scored Buster Posey.

The D-backs scored two runs in the fourth inning, coming from a Aaron Hill RBI single and a Martin Prado RBI double. Arizona scored a run in each of the next two innings as well. Chris Owings hit a RBI triple in the fifth inning and Aaron Hill hit a sacrifice fly in the sixth. A few plays before Hill's sacrifice fly, Paul Goldschmidt nearly added another home run to his fantastic career numbers against Tim Lincecum but it ricocheted off the left field wall for a double. Goldschmidt went 2 for 2 against Lincecum with a single, double and a walk to increase his career numbers to 15 for 26 with seven home runs and 17 RBI's.

Addison Reed struck out the side in the ninth to record his 17 save.

Brandon McCarthy and Ryan Vogelsong will face off in game two of the series Saturday night.
